Warrior Gains (60min) COMING SOON – This class is for the person wanting to develop more muscle mass. Warrior Gains is designed to build mescle by using the right balance of mass-building exercises, sufficient volume and intensity-boosting techniques. Your exercises will include... barbell squats, barbell bench press, deadlift, pull-ups, weighted bridges and many more! BY adding more muscle mass you will perform everyday task better, boost your metabolism and immune system, increase bone strength and help with weight loss!

 

Warrior Cardio (45min) – This is a cardio based class where the main goal is weight loss and muscle toning!! The Warrior Cardio classes are high intensity interval training with very little rest breaks, similar to the Tabata Protocol. You can burn over 1000 calories in each class and it is a great class for beginners! The classes will focus on pushing the Chest, Arms, Legs, Back and Core through a variety of challenging exercise. Using your own tempo, you can take your muscles to an individual level of burnout.  A 45 minute class of full body and cardio will guarantee calorie burn, increase muscle tone, and shed unwanted pounds fast!

 

Warrior Boxing (45min) - This challenging class provides a great workout as you torture a 100lb bag with a series of punching and kicking combinations. The class brings together 1 minute boxing rounds mixed with Hammer Drill style exercise to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Class may be modified for all levels of fitness.

 

Warrior Power (45min) – This class is lean muscle building at its finest. Using moderate to heavy weight, this class will break down the muscle using a series of drop sets, supper sets, and combo sets. We use a wide variety of exercise to keep muscle confusion so your muscle will never plateau and lean muscle growth is sure to happen. If you are ready for a change, this class has what you need!!
